Offer of Storage and Handling Services, Lease of Production and Storage Premises

Please find below our offer of storage and follow-up handling and logistic services. Our company has been operating in the business of storage management and product distribution for mechanical engineering and construction industries for both the Czech market and the markets of other EU countries. We work with various organisations in the metallurgy and processing industries. To cover this business we hold warehouse buildings near Prague (at an approximate distance of 20km of the city centre and 10km of Prague international airport) on the premises of the former POLDI Dříň Steel Works – Kladno. The area and the location of these warehouse buildings make our offer of storage and handling services a choice worth considering that may fit your strategic goals to further expand your business in Central Europe.

In technical terms, the storage space on offer is two concrete buildings erected parallel to each other on our own fenced plot of land, with concrete floors and small glazed areas in longitudinal facade walls. Dimensions of each buildings: length 144m, width 20m, and height 10m; total built-up area including the roofed space between the buildings is 6,500 square meters. Products for storage can be transported into each building on an industrial railway track from the railway station Kladno Dubí, or on trucks. There are cranes of bearing capacities of 15, 8 and 3 tonnes in the buildings to handle materials; material trucks are also available. The buildings have an electronic security system.
Delivering storage management and follow-up services in Central Europe for nearly ten years, we can offer our experience with providing the flow of stored material as early as taking the material at the railway station, storing, organising customs clearance, and providing logistic services. Besides storage service, we also offer handling, unloading, loading, goods identification and sorting as instructed by the warehouse keeper, completion work for customers, arranging carriage, maintaining storage records, warehouse management and administration, daily stock-taking records accessible over the Internet, issuing pro-forma invoices, and arranging customs documents. Some storage space is ready for customs purpose operation. We also have long-term experience with completing various materials for small customers.
Our company is prepared to discuss any other options of doing business with you, such as long-term leasing of the two buildings for storage or production. Power supply of 1MW is available for production and gas supply is at the plot boundary.
