Investment proposal

Czech company JET COMPANY, s.r.o. proposes for consideration an investment project of building in the territory of the Czech Republic the plant of the nutrient yeast with capacity of 8000 tons per year with a possible increase in the production to 24 000 tons per year.

This product finds its use in the production of fodders. According to the carefully planned business plan the plant will produce 3000 tons per year in the first year of production; in the second year of production -3500 tons; in the third year of production - 4000 tons. In the 6th year of production company will reach its full capacity. Potential customers in the Czech Republic will order about 30 000 tons per year. There are requests from potential buyers for 3500 tons. In 2012 one of the competitors departs from market due to the reorientation of the main production. Its capacity is 24 000 tons of finished product per year. The analysis of the market and main players is represented in marketing research. This project obtained approval in the subsidy program of the Czech Ministry of Enterprise and it‘s agent - CzechInvest.

Expense cost is 97 000 000 Czech crowns (3 880 000 Euro), the subsidy support is 44 630 000 Czech crowns (1 785 200 Euro), which is divided into 4 stages. The subsidy is paid out upon completion of each stage and provision of all documents for control. The payback period with subsidies and the rate of sales as described above is 3.5 years; without subsidies - 7 years. We have invested into the acquisition of land for this project in the industrial zone on the estimated value of 16 700 000 Czech crowns (668 000 Euro). All documents have been sent for obtaining planning permission.

Funds have been invested into construction documentation. As a general contractor was selected a large Czech company, which has experience in the construction of distilleries, breweries and microbiology plants.

This project requires funding of 80 300 000 Czech crowns (3 212 000 Euro). Period for obtaining resources is from January 2012 - November 2012. Period of repayment of credit resources +% - December 2014 - January 2015. The subsidy is paid out on the priority basis in proportion to its obtaining.

In 2010 turnover of the company reached approx. 6 million euro, in 2011 the turnover is expected to be at the same level.
