Unified Contact Points of CCC

13 of so call Unified Contact Points of the Czech Chamber of Commerce were established on the regional level in cooperation with regional chamber network branches with the objective to ensure for entrepreneurs a maximum number of services essential to their business at a single place.


Workers at these points were approbated not only to mediate fundamental counselling within the InMP project, but also help the entrepreneurs as points of contact for:

  • direct provision of regional information and local navigation
  • direct provision of fundamental subsidy counselling
  • contact points for extrajudicial settlement of consumer disputes
  • providing of information from the CRM database kept by Chamber of Commerce
  • issuing of certified abstracts from ISVS and accepting filings to public registers and consultancy related thereto
  • providing of fundamental information on commenting legislation, further education pursuant to Act No. 179/2006 Coll. and other public or commercial services by the Chamber of Commerce
