Czech filing verification information terminal. Chamber of Commerce is one of the contact points for this specific area of transposed state authority.

At the end of 2008 there were a total of 51.051 certification offices in operation within the CzechPOINT project as part of the Chamber of Commerce contact point network. The contact points Czech POINTS provide their clients entrepreneurs as well as citizen certified abstracts from information systems of the public administration and accept client filings into public registers.


On Jan. 1, 2009 all certification Chamber of Commerce offices offer the following services:

• issuance of a certified Commercial Register abstract
• issuance of a certified Trade Register abstract
• issuance of a certified Real Estate Cadastre abstract
• issuance of a certified Criminal Record abstract or a copy thereof
• issuance of a certified Driver’s Register abstract – abstract of person’s point evaluation
• issuance of a certified printout from the List of qualified suppliers
• acceptance of a filing into the Register of traffic participants of an auto wreck module ISOH) administration and control of agenda)
• acceptance in accordance with Sec 72 of the Trade Act

Then from the 2nd half of 2009 the Chamber of Commerce certification offices will expand their services with:

• certification of signatures
• certification of true copies of original documents
• conversion of documents for their use within the communication via data boxes
