Arbitration court

Arbitration court with the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Czech Agrarian Chamber is a partner organization of the Czech Chamber of Commerce, which ensures a faster and more flexible settlement to disputes of property nature while utilizing a corresponding clause within the contract.

Arbitration before the Arbitration Court with the CCC and CAC is a single instance, fast and less formal. Usually a mere few months or even weeks pass by from the time the a claim is filed to the arbitration reward, where the arbitration reward becomes valid and effective on the day it is delivered to both parties and becomes enforceable.
