Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR)

Extrajudicial settlement of consumer disputes (Alternative Dispute Resolution, ADR) enables to successfully solve disputes between consumers and entrepreneurs bypassing the traditional judicial way, which is usually long and expensive. Settlement of disputes in this manner is based on voluntary participation by both of the parties, objectivity and impartialness of the proceedings. Disputes are held with participation of a third neutral party as part of mediation or arbitration proceedings. The proceeding cannot commence if the claim was already enforced in another legal way, if the inducement is apparently not justified, or if a party claiming the inducement has not already enforced its rights with the opposite party.
